Ted L. Johnson, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of two counts of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony, Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+) as a Repeater, and two counts of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Sentencing hearing on revocation. Plea: No Contest to Count 1 of 18CF192, No Contest to Count 1 of 18CF195, No Contest to Count 2 of 18CF195, and No Contest to Count 4 of 18CF195. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Court dismissed outright the 939.6195(2) enhancer on Count 1 of 18CF192 and dismisses and reads-in Count 2 & 3 of 18CF192, Count 3 of 18CF195, 18TR3259, 18TR3260, 18TR3261 & 18TR3262. PSI waived by defendant in 18CF192 & 18CF195. 16CF133-Revocation Order and warrant received by both counsel. Court sentences the defendant to: 16CF133-Count 1: Six years Wisconsin State Prison to be served as three years Initial confinement and three years Extended Supervision. Credit for 187 days credit. 16CF133-Count 2- Three and a half years Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 18 month Initial Confinement and two year Extended Supervision. Concurrent to Count 1. 18CF192- 11 years Wisconsin State Prison to be served as six years Initial Confinement and five years Extended Supervision. Concurrent to 16CF133. Credit for 63 days’ time served. 18CF195- SW and placed on probation for a period of two years. Consecutive to 18CF192. 18CF195-Count 4- 90 days WCJ, concurrent to 16CF133. $1,800 fine plus $42.50 Blood Draw fee to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 26 month DL revocation and 26 month IID. OWI Assessment. Conditions on probation and ES-AODA and follow through, The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No possession of any dangerous weapons, including but not limited to firearms. Forfeiture and Destruction of High Point 9 mm firearm. Terms of Agent. Costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. Defendant is to authorize the DOC to collect. DNA Sample on file and Surcharge ordered. Court found the defendant ineligible for CIP and eligible for SAP.

Marshall A. Neumann, Red-granite, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation for a Status conference. A Preliminary hearing/STC was scheduled for Jan. 24.

Douglas James Swanke, Green Lake, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Theft by Contractor >$5,000-$10,000 for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Jan. 29.
