Tristan P. Secor, Ap-pleton, was in court on Sept. 11 on charges of OWI (4th) and Operating w/ PAC (4th) for a Status conference. The Attorney made an update to the court as to the status of the defendant and the potential offer to include treatment court in Outagamie County. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Nov. 4.

James Chester Sergo, Redgranite, was in court on Sept. 11 on charges of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 29.

Christian R. Newby, Waupaca, was in court on Sept. 11 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>2,500-10,000g) and Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 22.

Robert Charles Jurasin, Marquette, MI, was in court on Sept. 11 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Sentencing hearing on revocation. Court sentenced the defendant to: 10 months SCJ, with Huber and Good Time Credit. Credit for 131 days served. To commence immediately. Court did not object to a jail transfer.

Steven Rashard Jordan, Boscobel, was in court on Sept. 12 on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Battery to a Prosecutor, Solicitation to Commit Battery or Threat to a Prosecutor, and Solicitation to Commit 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide for a Final pre-trial. A Jury trial was scheduled for Oct. 14-17.

Amanda J. Bintz, Red-granite, was in court on Sept. 12 on charges of Theft-Business Setting >$5,000-$10,000 for a Motion hearing. A Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 22.

Chaz Matthew Young, Neenah, was in court on Sept. 12 on charges of Escape-Criminal Arrest for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Plea: Count 1 – NC. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Counts 2 & 3 – DRI. Court ordered: S/W three years’ probation – Conditions: one year WC Jail – Defendant not eligible for Huber for first nine months of the conditional jail time, No GT, 79 days CFTS – Sentence to commence forthwith, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Defendant is to complete a parenting program coordinated through the Winnebago Department of Human Services, DE is to obtain a GED or HSED.

 

Damien John Antepenko, Adams, was in court on Sept. 13 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Plea: Counts 1 & 4 – NC. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Counts 2 &3 – DRI. Court ordered: Count 1 – four year term of imprisonment consecutive to any sentence being served at the time of revocation – Bifurcated sentence – two years IC/two years ES – 60 days CFTS in the event of revocation – ES Conditions to mirror the conditions of probation – I/S – three years’ probation consecutive to any other sentence currently being served – Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, NC with any individuals having a history involving controlled substance possession of distribution, any counseling as deemed appropriate by supervising agent, Defendant to maintain gainful full-time employment. Defendant eligible for CIP or SAP – no release to ES until completion of at least 20 months of IC. Count 4 – one year WC Jail consecutive to any sentence being served at the time of revocation – Huber, GT, 60 days CFTS – I/S – one year probation consecutive to any sentence currently being served concurrent with Count 1. Conditions to mirror Count 1.

Nathan P. Flanagan, Redgranite, was in court on Sept. 16 on charges of Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd+) for an Adjourned initial appearance. A Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 29.

Paul Douglas Dopp, Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 16 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g) and Possession of Methamphetamine for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 29.

Tanya B. Cihlar, Wau-toma, was in court on Sept. 16 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g), Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Deliver Illegal Articles to Inmate for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 29.
