Ralph E. Mullen, Genoa City, was in court ton Oct. 11 on charges of OWI (6th) and Operating w. PAC (6th) for a Motion hearing. The Court accepted the voluntary waiver of the preliminary hearing. A NG Plea was entered. A Status conference was scheduled for Nov. 8.
Richard A. Bettencourt, Wausau, was in court on Oct. 11 on charges of Burglary-Building or Dwelling for a Final pre-trial. The Court granted the State’s MIL. Jury Trial scheduled for Jan. 9, 2020.
Jacob E. Jezwinski, Redgranite, was in court on Oct. 11 on charges of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (<=3g), and two counts of Attempt Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>10-50g) for a Sentencing hearing. Court ordered: S/W six years’ probation as to each count concurrent – Conditions: Count 1 – one year WC Jail – six months’ w/o Huber Privileges, Huber for the balance of the sentence, No GT, three days CFTS, Sentence to commence forthwith, Count 2 – 66 days WC Jail consecutive to Count 1. – AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing or ingesting any substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.
