Dylan L. Sockness, Wau-pun, was in court on Nov. 20 on charges of Bail Jumping-Felony and Interfere w/ Child Custody for a Sentencing hearing on revocation. De-fendant sentenced to: CT—5.5 WSP to be served as 30 months IC and 36 months ES. Count-2, 3.5 years WSP to be served as 18 moths IC and 24 months ES. Concurrent to each other but concurrent to any current sentencing being served. Credit for 537 days. Conditions of ES: Costs re-imposed already at SDC. AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No contact with anyone under the age of 18 years of age uncles under direct supervision of a guardian or parent. Court found the defendant eligible for CIP and SAP but not to be released until at least 27 months of Initial Confinement has been served.
Kristopher M. Denzer, Wild Rose, was in court on Nov. 20 on charges of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Possession of Methamphetamine for a Preliminary hearing. Court found probable cause and entered an order binding the defendant over. An Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 2.
