Christopher L Reilly, Neshkoro, was in court on March 19 on charges of False Imprisonment and two counts of Strangulation and Suffocation for a preliminary hearing. Court questions defendant regarding waiver of preliminary hearing and accepts waiver. Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause, and enters an order binding the defendant over. A status conference was scheduled for May 12.

Joshua J Flynn, Black River Falls, was in court on March 19 on charges of OWI (7th) and Operating w/ PAC (7th) for a hearing. Court questions defendant regarding collection of amount due. Defendant makes statement regarding Act 355 and requests the court to order DOC to follow the order. Court denies the motion and states DOC is following the law.
