Krystal A. Edming, Oshkosh, was in court April 2, on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+). Court orders defense motions to be filed by April 24 and the Sate motions May 15. Waiver of Preliminary hearing and Final PTC to be held May 26.

Brock Aaron Nelson, Hancock, was in court April 2 on a count of Intimidate Victim/Damage Property. Court sentences the defendant to: SWD and places on probation for a period of 18 months. AODA must follow through- defendant to provide information to P & P for follow through with recommendation, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present on the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Court will allow defendant to petition for early termination of probation after 1 year support from supervising agent and all condition have been completed.

Robert G. Marks, Coloma, was in court April 2 on a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. Status conference was scheduled for April 27.

Appeal Rights to be filed within one week. 20CV14-Defendant agrees to forfeiture and court enters an order forfeiting the assets as requested.
