Christopher A. Mal-zhan, 28, Ripon, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (< 3g). A status conference is scheduled for April 5.
Ann M. Dittmann, 48, Wautoma, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a sentencing hearing for Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). She received court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge.
Joshua Curtis Wilson, 28, West Bend, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a sentencing hearing on revocation for Disorderly Conduct, four counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. Wilson also appeared in court for a voluntary appearance for Retail Theft-Intentionally Take (<=$500) and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal)-2nd Offense. He received for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 264 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 198 days credit for time served, and court costs reimposed with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Disorderly Conduct: 90 days in Waushara County Jail, 90 days credit for time served, concurrent, and court costs reimposed with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Retail Theft-Intentionally Take (<=$500): 6 months in Waushara County Jail with 2 days credit for time served, good time credit and Huber privileges, imposed/stayed, sentence withheld, 1 year probation; conditions to include: restitution, court costs plus DNA surcharge.
Harvey E. Nigh, 63, Plainfield, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Phone Use-Threatens Harm. He received court costs to be paid within 60 days and DNA surcharge.
Jordan J. Imm, 22, Redgranite, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for an initial appearance for Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 18.
Mark T. Haka, 28, Fremont, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for April 5.
Reva D. Martinez, 35, Fond du Lac, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a plea hearing for three counts Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 26.
Gilbert F. Steffanides, 24, Wautoma, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a sentencing hearing on revocation for Criminal Damage to Property, two counts Disorderly Conduct, two counts Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received sentence withheld, 2 years probation; conditions to include: AODA and follow through, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge; for Criminal Damage to Property: 7 months in Waushara County Jail with 118 days credit for time served; for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer: 7 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, and 87 days credit for time served.
