Steven Rashard Jordan, Boscobel,was in court May 20 on one count of Conspiracy to Commit Battery to a Prosecutor, one count of Solicitation to Commit Battery or Threat to a Prosecutor, and one count of Solicitation to Commit 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. Jeffrey A. Schiesel, Wey-auwega, was in court June 8 on one count of Theft-Movable Porperty>$2500-$5000. The Court amends the probation conditions and orders: 30 days WC Jail - I/S - Purge conditions: Defendant to bring the payment plan on the restitution current by paying $1500 by September 1, along with making the full scheduled monthly payments of $300 for July, August and September. Defendant then is required to continue to make the subsequent monthly payments on time every month.
